Yaron Baitch has over 18 years top‐level experience specializing in application and infrastructure security. He has extensive knowledge in the security industry performing assessments for Fortune 500 companies, federal and local government, national retailers, law enforcement, and health insurance providers. Recognized as an industry expert, Yaron is frequently called upon by national publications to discuss security trends. Prior to AuthAir, he co‐founded and managed two startups and currently, advises numerous security companies.
CTO AND CO-FOUNDER
Mo Etesam has been in the technology industry for over 10 years, specializing in software development and system infrastructures. He has successfully planned, developed and deployed enterprise level applications. Mo has experience managing small to medium-sized development and engineering teams. He has successfully co-founded two prior startups.

Nick Bereza is a software craftsman, innovator, and entrepreneur with over ten years experience managing and building technology and security companies. Nick specializes in designing, building and delivering B2B products and solutions. He successfully co-founded and managed three prior startups. He is also an advocate and supporter of our local startup ecosystem.

Bill Simpson brings 20 years of information technology experience to AuthAir. Primarily working in the healthcare industry, Bill has a firm understanding of the ever‐changing security risks that challenge the industry. Bill leads a team which focuses on product QA and Partner Support. His primary drive is his urgency to the customer and attention to detail.
VP OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Ethan Griswold brings over a decade of account management and sales leadership experience to AuthAir. He has extensive knowledge of healthcare information technology and has worked for manufacturers, resellers and service providers in the IT industry. Ethan has been integral in expanding geographic territories, introducing new products, building winning teams and launching companies from the ground up over the course of his career. He holds a MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Connecticut.
Maria has been building and founding technology businesses for 25 years. Her operational, entrepreneurial and senior management experience in venture-backed technology companies includes two Massachusetts IPOs of the Year and the founding of two successful companies and a venture capital firm. Prior to co-founding .406 Ventures, Maria served as an SVP of VeriSign following its 2005 acquisition of Guardent, the market leading Managed Security Services provider for $142 million. Guardent was a Sequoia, Charles River Ventures and NEA-backed IT security company that Maria co-founded and led as CEO. In this role, Maria received industry recognition as “Massachusetts CEO of the Year” and “Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year” among others.
Greg Dracon is a Partner at .406 Ventures with over 19 years of combined venture investing and operating experience within the technology field. He has been investing in cybersecurity companies for nearly a decade and sits on the board of the Advanced Cyber Security Center as well as numerous companies within .406’s portfolio. Prior to joining .406, Greg was a Vice President of Core Capital Partners and held numerous operating and management roles at Texas Instruments, including positions in worldwide sales, business development, product distribution and digital signal processing applications.

Harry Sverdlove, Bit9′s Chief Technology Officer, draws from nearly two decades of application design and analysis with industry‐leading IT enterprises to add a new layer of technical expertise and strategic vision to Bit9′s Trust‐based Security Platform. Prior to joining Bit9, Sverdlove was principal research scientist for McAfee, Inc., where he supervised the overall architecture of crawlers, spam detectors and link analyzers. He joined McAfee through its 2006 acquisition of SiteAdvisor Inc., where he was chief scientist and developed systems for testing, detecting and analyzing any Windows‐based application.
